Tannu Sharma, a qualified company secretary and commerce graduate from Delhi University, brings over 14 years of experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and board advisory.
Currently serving as Head of Group—Secretarial at Balaji Telefilms, she leads the company’s governance framework and ensures strategic regulatory alignment as well as compliance with applicable laws.
Before joining Balaji in 2022, she held key leadership roles at NDTV, Paramount Communications Ltd., and HT Media—strengthening compliance systems and driving best practices across the media and telecom sectors.
