Uday Sodhi, Chief Executive Officer (New Media):
Uday Sodhi heads the internet and mobile businesses for the company, spearheading initiatives such as Hoonur.com and mobile and internet content. Before Balaji, he was he was Sr. Vice President – Interactive Services at Rediff.com, one of India’s largest online portals, where he led strategic planning and product development of the eCommerce, Mobile VAS, RediffMail Subscription and Vertical Search services. He has also held senior management positions at Net4India (India’s Leading Web Hosting and Internet Infrastructure Company) and Bausch and Lomb.

He holds a Master in Management Studies degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Persis Siganporia, Creative Producer, New Media:
Persis Siganporia is responsible for creating cutting-edge content for the new media platform.

Her past work experience has included working as a television creative producer at prestigious industry names such as DJ’s-A Creative Unit and worked at Grey Worldwide and Contract Advertising.

She is a BA from Jai Hind College and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Diaspora Writing, English Literature.

Rajnikant Dorajia, Senior Vice President, Mobile:
Rajnikant is responsible for the mobile arm of Balaji, and brings his strong experience in telecom products management , business development, vendor management and portfolio management to his role.

He previously held a variety of telecom VAS related positions at People Infocomm, CanvasM Technologies, Reliance Communications and Prescient Infotech

He holds an MBA from Welingkar’s College and an engineering degree from Mumbai University

Darshan is responsible for operational management and business development for the internet business at Balaji.

Prior to joining Balaji, he has been involved in best-in-class internet companies such as naukri.com (India’s No.1 careers portal), jeevansaathi.com, rediff.com and Reliance Entertainment.

He has M.A. and BBA degrees from Indore University.
