Her past work experience has included working as a television creative producer at prestigious industry names such as DJ's-A Creative Unit and worked at Grey Worldwide and Contract Advertising.

She is a BA from Jai Hind College and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Diaspora Writing, English Literature.

Rajnikant is responsible for the mobile arm of Balaji, and brings his strong experience in telecom products management , business development, vendor management and portfolio management to his role.

He previously held a variety of telecom VAS related positions at People Infocomm, CanvasM Technologies, Reliance Communications and Prescient Infotech.

He holds an MBA from Welingkar's College and an engineering degree from Mumbai University.

Darshan is responsible for operational management and business development for the internet business at Balaji.

Prior to joining Balaji, he has been involved in best-in-class internet companies such as naukri.com (India's No.1 careers portal), jeevansaathi.com, rediff.com and Reliance Entertainment.

He has a Masters in Advertising and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indore University.
